We read every message and reply as soon as we can, usually within a couple of working days. During busy periods around eKYC deadlines and installment dates, replies may take a little longer — the contact form still gets to us fastest.
Please note before you write
We are an independent information website, not a government office. That means there are a few things we honestly cannot do:
- We cannot access, check, or change your application, eKYC, or payment status.
- We cannot process applications or “speed up” your money.
- We do not ask for or need your Aadhaar number, OTP, or bank details — please never send these to us or to anyone.
